While we will verify your coverage and provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket expenses prior to treatment, please note that this estimate is based on the information provided by your insurance company and is subject to change.
Due to the wide variety of insurance policies and individual coverage details, Faris Family Dental serves as a courtesy provider for filing insurance claims but is not a third party to your insurance contract. As the policyholder, it’s important to be familiar with your plan, including stipulations like annual maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, and service limitations. Your estimated out-of-pocket portion will be due on the day of treatment. By allowing us to file your insurance claims, you agree to pay any remaining balances deemed your responsibility by your insurance provider after their payment.
No Insurance? No Problem! If you don’t have dental insurance, we’re happy to help. Let us know, and we’ll work with you to find a payment option that suits your needs.
We gladly accept cash, personal checks, money orders, VISA, and MasterCard. Please note that checks cannot be held, and there is a $25 fee for returned checks. Patients are welcome to build non-refundable credits on their accounts for future treatments.
